There are 2 modes of scanning for Windows (SSH and SMB). Windows 10 and onwards enables the openssh features within windows 10 (Apps and Features). See below the image for your reference. Scanning Requirements for windows.

Once the openssh is enabled in features and apps, verify the same in Services as per below screenshot.
